1. General Refund Terms

Upclass.ai offers subscription-based services with different billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Refund eligibility and processing depend on the type of subscription and the timing of the refund request.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. However, if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial payment and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Quarterly Subscriptions: Quarterly subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment. If you cancel within 14 days and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of payment. If you cancel within 30 days and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription.

3. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or one-time charges
  • Additional bandwidth or storage charges beyond the plan limits
  • Third-party integrations or add-on services
  • Fees for services that have been fully utilized

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.
