Cancellation Policy

Understand how to cancel your subscription and what to expect.

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Upclass AI Private Limited ("Upclass.ai," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding subscription cancellation.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Account Dashboard: Log in to your Upclass.ai account and navigate to the subscription settings to cancel your subscription.
  • Email Request: Send an email to support@upclass.ai with your account details and cancellation request.
  • Phone: Call our support team at +91 8095161872 during business hours (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST).

2. Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to all features and services until the end of the paid period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current billing period ends.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

3. Immediate Cancellation

If you wish to cancel immediately and stop service access before the end of your billing period, you may do so through your account dashboard. However, please note that:

  • Immediate cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Your access to the service will be terminated immediately upon cancellation.
  • All data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you may reactivate your subscription.
  • After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
  • We recommend exporting any important data before canceling your subscription.

5. Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate it:

  • You may reactivate your subscription within 30 days of cancellation without losing your data.
  • After 30 days, you may need to create a new account if your data has been deleted.
  • Reactivation may require payment of the current subscription fee.

6. Cancellation by Upclass.ai

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of our services or platform

In such cases, we will provide notice where possible, and you may be entitled to a prorated refund depending on the circumstances.

7. Refunds After Cancellation

Refund eligibility after cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy. Generally:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle has commenced.
  • Quarterly and annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if canceled within the specified timeframes.
