  • Compliance and Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to internal and legal security standards, as required by the IT Act, 2000.
  • Improvement of Services: Analysing non-personally identifiable usage data to optimize our services, as permitted under the IT Rules.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Processing activities are based on one or more legal grounds, including:

  • Consent: Explicit consent is obtained where necessary, in accordance with Rule 5(1) of the IT Rules, for collecting Personal Data. Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the details provided below.
  • Legal Obligation: Compliance with a legal obligation, such as data retention as required by regulatory authorities.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

Personal Data may be disclosed to authorized third-party service providers in accordance with Rule 6 of the IT Rules, and only as necessary to deliver our services. Data may also be disclosed under the following circumstances:
